...what you've thought me has been absolutely fantastic, the Insights model of feedback and how you've linked that with colour and colour energy and how that can so simplify and make it easy for people, including us as coaches, as parents, as leaders to give people feedback in a way that not only doesn't confront in a nasty way but a very helpful way is really powerful. I think that's going to make a fantastic difference to our coaching business and I think if we don't get an extra $10,000 or $20,000 this year as a result of it, then you can come anf give me some feedback!
