It is a great team building exercise and I highly recommend it

From the participation that we have received today it was a phenomenal success and I highly recommend this course ... which I think was very, very effective. All my team members participated really well and now they understand the cultural diversity among themselves and they understand each others personality at work and how others will behave outside of work and so on. So it's been really, really great today. We enjoyed the whole session, there were a lot of aspects to it, lots of examples. It is a great team building exercise and I highly recommend it. I did the Profile for the management team today and I'm beginning to believe that I should have got it for everyone involved in the team. It is pretty accurate in what they have profiled me and I believe it's the same for all other staff members...It's been pretty accurate in understanding what I am at work versus what I am socially. Nothing was a surprise element but it was a really nice and open understanding of yourself and your team members.

I enjoyed the 4 hour program and found it much easier to understand, get involved in and get value from as opposed to recent MBTI course that I completed.
The course drew much greater involvement from the participants and the group tasks and use of equipment created far more worthwhile interaction from us as a group and as individuals. I actually enjoyed the course which surely helps in the learning process.
Aisling kept just the right pace during the course and I will recommend it highly to my colleagues and really in todays busy world it's surely an advantage to be able to do this type of profiling in under a day with clearly, in my opinion, a far more successful result in terms of group and individual learning.
Results wise, I was impressed as to how accurate my profile was from twenty odd questions as opposed to the 150 questions I answered in MBTI. My results were so accurate I thought you may have been in touch with my wife beforehand!

It was really helpful for all of us

I did my Insights accreditation thanks to Philips (the Company I am currently working for) and loved it. Last week we organised a team dynamics workshop and it was really helpful for all of us. I think we at times underestimate how difficult it is for newly created groups to work together... I would recommend Insights to anyone who would like to work on improving team effectiveness.
