The Insights Discovery® Young Adult Profile is a 25-page personal development tool which underpins Insights® personal and social development work with young adults.

To receive the profile, you complete a 25 frame evaluator which takes approximately 15 minutes. The output is a 20+ page profile which helps you to gain a detailed understanding of your personal style, how this impacts on your relationships with others and how you might develop to improve your effectiveness both as a person and as a life long learner.

What's in the Insights Discovery® Young Adult Profile?

Foundation Chapter

Introduces you to your personal style and approach, key strengths and weaknesses, value to the team, preferred communication style, possible blind spots, opposite type and suggestions for your development.

Support Chapter

This section enables you as a student to understand your ideal learning environment and to appreciate your preferred leadership style. It will also greatly assist your teachers to understand how to best support and motivate your learning journey.

Learning Chapter

This leads you from an initial understanding of self to an exploration of how you can grow and improve in different areas of personal achievement, including creativity and goal-setting and can support one-to-one coaching discussions if deemed helpful. This Chapter also identifies your preferred learning style, while highlighting learning strategies that will stretch you, helping you to map out a learning strategy for continued learning and personal growth, by exploring:
