Aisling Monahan, Program Director

Irish born Aisling Monahan (pronounced ASH-LING!)
is the Director of Inside Inspiration, with over 20 years experience in the corporate arena. Educated at Trinity College Dublin, Aisling has consulted and worked with blue chip organisations in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Asia in the areas of IT, Business Process re-engineering, Change management, Quality Improvement and Learning & Development.

Aisling was the first and is the most experienced Insights practitioner in this Region. As well as providing direct service delivery for clients, Aisling serves as a member of the global Insights Learning & Development faculty for accrediting Insights Discovery® practitioners and supports the growing network of practitioners across Australia and New Zealand. 

To date Aisling has introduced and delighted thousands of individuals with the Insights Discovery® system and accredits this tool with her own career transformation.
Aisling is an experienced and passionate, coach, facilitator and speaker and brings a host of innovative learning and development solutions in organisational change, communication, teamwork, leadership and customer service to her clients.
